Semnan Research Station is the oldest station of the International Desert Research Center of the University of Tehran, which was established in 1977. This station has an office building with an area of ​​250 square meters, a guest house with an area of ​​258 square meters, 1200 square meters of green space and 6 hectares of research land. With facilities such as a student guest house, a collection of aerial photographs of Iran, a collection of topographic and geological maps of Iran, a botanical herbarium and ... this station is a suitable place for students of the University of Tehran and other universities for scientific and educational visits in Semnan province.
